Karen Hammell, Honorary Professor of OS&OT, recently received good news from Janet M Craik, Director of Professional Practice of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). Specifically, Hammell’s article entitled, Self-care, productivity, and leisure, or dimensions of occupational experience? Rethinking occupational “categories” was one of the 5 most downloaded Canadian Journal of Occupational Therapy articles in 2011! In fact, her article also claimed this honour in 2010 as well. The CAOT thanked her for her contribution to advance excellence in occupational therapy and applauded her success. We at OS&OT proudly do the same!
